Love that we can access on our smartphones and online to monitor when someone has been in our home. Another great feature is being able to turn alarm on or off from our key fab! Very professional company with integrity and attentive & prompt service that can not be beaten!

Pleasantly surprised how much better, more efficient and how many more features our new alarm is from My Smart Security! Had ADT prior for years and admit was a bit reluctant to make the change. This change is for the better! The much lower monthly cost for many more features = happy customer!

I got in contact w/My Smart Security after inquiring on Alarm.com. MSS contacted me fairly quickly & worked with me to get the system I wanted. They didn’t try to upsell me on services I clearly didn’t want & they worked with me on pricing to get a system that fit our budget. I’ve recommended them to my neighbors & friends. I left ADT for them back in December & I’m very glad I did…we just get more use out of our system now for a lower price.
